1. 21 Weekly Touches and Connections.
   Each week you’ll receive valuable information, materials, and actionable suggestions. These resources will reinforce topics covered in live events and help you maintain momentum in your growth. Content will be provided in both written and video formats.
2. 11 Live Events.
   You’ll have the opportunity to participate in at least two one-hour live training sessions each month. These events will feature focused training, discussions, practical applications, and case studies of previous school attacks, prevented incidents, and acts of mass violence. Additional live sessions may be scheduled based on current events and participant needs.
3. Guided Discussions and Problem-Solving Sessions.
   You’ll have the opportunity to participate in guided discussions and collaborative problem-solving, facilitating deeper understanding and practical application of the concepts learned.
4. Dedicated Coaching Sessions.
   You’ll have the opportunity to participate in personalized one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to specific topics, issues, or concerns most important to you. Together, we will develop actionable solutions to help meet your needs.
5. Closed Facebook Group.
   Each participant will be given access to a private Facebook group for peer support and sharing opinions and suggestions.
6. Online Training Platform (Kartra).
   Utilize our online training platform to access staff materials and recorded videos, ensuring you have the resources you need and the flexibility to go at your own pace.

   Easy access to download course materials, procedures, and additional resources to further support your learning, growth, and success.
